Texas Adult Protective Services runs a single statewide hotline rather than a county-by-county system, so the same number applies whether the situation is in Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller or anywhere else in Texas -- you don't need to figure out a local office first. Reports can also be filed online at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services' website. Keep in mind that APS investigates the person's situation and safety; a separate concern about a licensed facility's own conduct, staffing or physical conditions goes to HHSC's Complaint and Incident Intake line at 1-800-458-9858 instead. The two systems work together but serve different purposes, and it's fine to contact both if a situation touches on both.
